When you log into access an account is created based on the provide access credentials either in the form of an email address and password or by authentication using another service, such as Facebook. Data created while using the services is associated with your account credentials and can only be modified by administrators or you. These credentials are how you prove you have the access to modify your information and or access services. If you fail to provide the credentials there is no way other than contacting us to modify or remove any of your data. Understand, if you do contact us we will attempt to have you prove you are the original creator of the data and if at our sole discretion you are unable to satisfy this requirement you will not be able to modify or remove the information. We strongly suggest providing your email address to us during account creation as it can be used to recover credentials. Also, the credentials are used to allow you access to consumable purchases and synced services across your devices.
If provided directly or from your credential provided such as Facebook we will store your name, profile image, email address, gender, timezone, nickname, phone number, or any other types of information. The gender information may be used to help select more relevant advertising or select possible match-ups for competition. Your name and profile image is used to identify you in lists other users see and for your own use while using our services. All information gathered may be used to contact you, advertise to you and provide services. If your information was pulled from a credential provider it will be updated upon subsequent logins if possible. Some of your information will be made available to the public via profile web pages, user finding tools or various views in our applications. We may use the contact information (such as your phone number or email address) to help connect you with other Tahoe Training Camps users, even if that information is not publicly displayed.
This is a multi user service and actions you take are recorded and stored both on private and public network servers and synced to users devices. The system is designed to allow you to limit the people you interact with and thus share this information with. However, we make no guarantees that this information is secure from hackers or people misusing the service. If you are not comfortable with your information leaking out then don’t user the service. Furthermore you are granting us a license to your content. We may act upon this and use your posted content in but not limited to marketing material or future services & products. TTC offers video sharing that may capture you not knowing answers to simple questions. This information will be easily republished by other users and outside networks such as Facebook, Twitter etc. Moreover, all of the actions taken would not be hard to gather and publish for a hacker. If you feel uncomfortable about this please do not use this service. To provide a better service we try to track all of your activities with our service as you undertake them. They are used to asses system costs, marketing effectiveness, business goals, updates, and entertainment value.
Our services & products do not try to make use of location information however we make no attempts at concealing or removing this information if you, your network or your device provide it directly or through deductive means.
We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our services. We associate the information we collect from your devices with your data to help us provide consistent service across your devices. We collect attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery, signal strength, network ip addresses and device identifiers if available.
Like most websites, we use “cookies” to collect additional website usage data. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer’s hard disk. If you use our services for consumable purchases, we collect information about the transaction such as date, amount, items etc. These purchases are associated with your data and made available across your devices when you authenticate. We also track the consumption of your purchases as they are used. Some of the purchases made will trigger sharing of this information as other users may receive gifts notifying them that you made a purchase.
The service is multi-user and can be used with other users, thus your data is shared with the other users you choose. They will see information such as results, videos, profile information, and game related activities.
In an effort to provide relevant advertising we may disclose your information to third party advertising services such as but not limited to Google or Facebook.
Third party companies who help us provide and improve our services or who use advertising or related products, which make it possible to operate our company and provide global services. One such party Google Analytics is used for demographic and interest reporting, which you can opt out of here and here.
If the ownership or control of all or part of our services changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
To support, improve, and provide services we share the information within Tahoe Training Camps, including officers, employees, contractors and agents.
We can make no guarantees about the security of your information in the system and require that you never submit any personal information you feel is private or sensitive such as social security numbers, home addresses, etc.
You may choose to stop using the service at anytime, however your information is not removed from our servers, third party servers or other users devices simply by uninstall the application. To remove yourself from other users devices you must choose to remove that user from within an application. This will not remove all of your information immediately but rather will attempt to remove your data the next time the user use the service. Some information such as activity logs may remain on servers for long periods of time until an expunge process runs. If you feel there is information within our system that is causing you harm please contact us and we will at our sole discretion help to resolve your issue.
