Reservation Policy

Reservation Policy - A deposit of 10% (or payment in full if the price is less than $500) per person is required to reserve an experience with Tahoe Training Camps. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the experience. Reservations made within 60 days of the experience starting date require payment in full. If the participant cancels an experience earlier than 60 days prior to the starting date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $100.00 administration fee. If the participant cancels within 59-31 days of the starting date, 50% of the monies paid will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 30-0 days of the experience starting date, there will be no refund of any costs.

Trip Cancellations or Delays – Tahoe Training Camps reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary of an experience. In the event that Tahoe Training Camps cancels your experience and you are unable to participate, your total balance will be refunded. Occasionally, weather or other factors may cause delays or make completing an experience impossible. In these circumstances, there will be no refund of fees. Tahoe Training Camps is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. airline flight changes, additional hotel nights, etc.) associated with experience delays or itinerary changes due to weather or other factors.

Team Trip Minimums - In order to guarantee any Tahoe Training Camps goes at the listed group price, a minimum number of participants must sign up. Most of our team experience trips require a minimum of 10 players to guarantee departure.

However to operate our team experience at below the minimum required we may offer you the following options (see below)

At 31 days prior to the starting date we will let you know whether or not your experience has met the minimum number of participants to guarantee the trip. You will then have two full weeks to consider the following options.

1) Elect to add more players to guarantee the trip.

2) Cancel your trip minus a $100 per player administration fee.

3) Roll your entire balance into a credit for a future trip with no penalty. Please contact us with any specific questions or concerns.

4) Switch to any another itinerary during the same dates - subject to availability and experience price adjustment.

5) Pay a surcharge of the following amounts:

  • 7 players pay a surcharge of 20% of the listed team experience price
  • 8 players pay a surcharge of 15% of the listed team experience price
  • 9 players pay a surcharge of 10% of the listed team experience price
